Discussion and Consideration of Setting a 2022 Library Board Meeting Schedule (Action Item) IX. Board Member Reports X. Board Member Discussion of Future Agenda Items XI. Closed Session (if needed) XII. Adjournment Please Note: The next board meeting date and time will be set at the November 9, 2021 meeting. At Grand County Public Library Board meetings the public may be heard on any agenda subject. The number of persons heard and the time allowed each may be limited at the sole discretion of the Chair. Requests for inclusion on an agenda must be received by 5:00 p.m. the Thursday prior to a regular Library Board Meeting and 48 hours prior to any Special Meeting. Request forms are available at the library's circulation desk and completed forms should be returned to the Library Director.

Specific accommodations necessary to allow participation of disabled persons will be provided to the maximum extent possible.
