- LEWISTON CITY Planning and Zoning Meeting Notice is hereby given that the Lewiston Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a P&Z Meeting on the 9th day of November 2021 at the Lewiston City Council Room at 29 South Main St., Lewiston, which will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Call to Order - Opening remarks - Review and approval of the minutes of the October 5, 2021, meeting 2. Business - Rusty Wanner - Building Permit - Addition - 64 W 200 S - Ritewood Egg - Building Permit - Accessory Building - 2500 S 1600 W - Daniel Tanner - Culinary Water Line Approval - 819 N 2400 W - Daniel Tanner - Building Permit - SFD - 819 N 2400 W - Nicholas Bowles - Subdivision Application Sketch Plan - 850 N 2400 W - North Country Estates - Final Plat Submission 3. Other Business - Vice Chairman Rod Garner - Town Business o Phase 4 Business Park - P&Z Administrator Stephannie Davis - D&D Welding Update - 2022 Meeting Schedule - 2022 Chairman and Vice Chairman Nomination Discussion 4.
