CLARKSTON TOWN LAND, USE & DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT MEETING Notice is hereby given that the Clarkston Land Use & Development Commission will hold a LUDM Meeting on the 8th day of November 2021 at the Clarkston Town Hall at 50 South Main, Clarkston, which will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Call to Order - Approve minutes from September 13, 2021 - Approve minutes from October 11, 2021 2. New Business - Seth Tait - City Attorney - Discussion of Subdivisions - New Permit: Nichole Delgado - Garage - Zoning Clearance - 157 S 200 E 3. Other Business - Permits Still Pending: o Troy Godfrey - Accessory Building - 241 W 100 N o Chad and Kennie Thompson - SFD and Detached Garage - 41 W 200 S o David Hale - Carport - 145 E 100 S - Roads Master Plan 4.
