BOARD MEETING AGENDA
The regular meeting of the Orderville Town Board will be held Wednesday, November 3, 2021, at 7:30 p.m. in the basement of the Orderville Town Office located at 425 East State Street, Orderville, Utah. The following items will be discussed and acted upon as required.

1. Consider for Approval/Denial Sunrise Engineering Work Release No. 2021-3: General Plan Update
2. Recommendation from Orderville Town Planning and Zoning Commission: Consider for Approval/Denial Amended language in the Orderville Town Zoning Ordinance to add a definition for 'Tiny House' (see attached language)
3. Recommendation from Orderville Town Planning and Zoning Commission: Consider for Approval/Denial Amended language in the Orderville Town Zoning Ordinance, Commercial District Ordinance Section 8.9.2 (see attached language)
4. Recommendation from Orderville Town Planning and Zoning Commission: Consider for Approval/Denial - Conditional Use permits - add additional requirement of notifying surrounding property owners of the application for conditional use. Initial fees should be adjusted accordingly.
5. Recommendation from Orderville Town Planning and Zoning Commission: Consider for Approval/Denial - Amended Final Plat for Red Valley Heights Subdivision, Phase 1
6. Recommendation from Orderville Town Planning and Zoning Commission: Consider for Approval/Denial - Final Plat for Red Valley Heights Condominiums
7. Consider ending Temporary Lane Use Regulation on New Short Term Rental Permits in all Residential Zones and Commercial Zones
8. Consider recommendation from Orderville Town Planning and Zoning Commission to Approve/Deny a Building Permit for a home as applied for by Tony and Desiree Esplin on Parcel O-4-23B-Annex
9. Consider recommendation from Orderville Town Planning and Zoning Commission to Approve/Deny a Building Permit for Maxwell Construction/JD Maxwell for Townhomes on Pad 10 in Red Valley Heights Townhome Subdivision
10. Consider donation of $300.00 to Valley High School Music Department for dinner at Christmas Tree Lighting Event
