- NOTICE OF DATE, TIME, PLACE AND AGENDA PUBLIC HEARING ZONING CHANGE The Minersville Town Council will hold a Public Hearing on Monday November 1, 2021 at 7:00 pm at the Minersville Town Hall. The following is the agenda: 1. Mayor Evans will open the Public Hearing stating the time and date also the information in which this public hearing is being held for. 2. Mayor Evans will open the floor to public comment: Mayor will call on individuals wishing to comment and ask that they each stand up and state your name before comments. 3.
