- Notice of Ordinance Adoption Notice is hereby given that on October 12, 2021, the American Fork City Council adopted Ordinance No. 2021-10-50 which approved the vacation of a portion of the public utility easement at 714 North 700 West Circle and 713 North 700 West Circle. The portion of the PUE being vacated is the five feet from the rear property line; this will reduce the PUE from ten feet to five feet. A copy of the complete text of the ordinance is on file in the City Administrative Offices (51 E. Main Street and is available for public inspection. The ordinance has also been posted on the Utah Public Notice Website. Dated this 26th day of October 2021. Terilyn Lurker City Recorder
