NATIONAL FAMILY LITERACY DAY PROCLAMATION - Consideration and possible approval for Price City to recognize November 1, 2021 as National Family Literacy Day. 10. DESERT WAVE POOL UTILITY DOOR AND STORAGE PROJECT - Consideration and possible approval to accept the bid from Flawless Sheeting to complete the Desert Wave Pool Utility Door and Storage project. The bid is within the amount budgeted for the project. 11.
