CITY OF WOODS CROSS, UTAH NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS AND MEETING ADOPTION AND MODIFICATION OF LAND USE REGULATIONS IN PERSON AND BY VIDEOCONFERENCE WOODS CROSS CITY COUNCIL - TUESDAY, November 2, 2021 AT 6:30 P.M. https://zoom.us/j/9358074960 and WOODS CROSS CITY COUNCIL - TUESDAY November 16, 2021 at 6:30 P.M. https://zoom.us/j/9358074960 Hearing #1 Please be advised that on Tuesday November 2, 2021, at 6:30 p.m., at the Woods Cross Municipal Building , 1555 South 800 West and by via video teleconference (Zoom web access link above), the Woods Cross City Council will hold a public hearing to receive public comments regarding a proposed update to the land use regulations known as the Zoning Ordinance Title 12 of the Woods Cross City Municipal Code. Hearing #2 Please be advised that the City Council will hold a second public hearing on the proposed Zoning Ordinance amendments on November 16, 2021 at 6:30 p.m. at the Woods Cross Municipal Building, 1555 South 800 West and by video teleconference (Zoom web access link above). The proposed update to the Woods Cross Zoning Ordinance, including the text of new and amended regulations may be reviewed from a link on the 'notices' page of the City's website: www.woodscross.com/notices Consideration of Amendment and Adoption It is anticipated that at the conclusion of the November 16, 2021, public hearing the City Council will consider adoption of the updated zoning code amendments. If you wish to comment but are unable to attend or have any questions, please contact the City Planning Department at 801-292-4421 or submit written comments by email to the following address: tstephens@woodscross.com.
