- NOTICE OF HIGHLAND PLANNING COMMISSION PUBLIC HEARING The Highland Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on October 26, 2021 at 7:00 pm, or as soon thereafter as possible, in the Highland City Council Chambers, 5400 West Civic Center Dr, Highland, UT. The Planning Commission will receive public comments concerning the following: - The Boyer Company is requesting approval of a Preliminary Plat for a 424-lot subdivision located at approximately North County Blvd and Canal Blvd. - The Boyer Company is requesting approval of a Preliminary Plat for a 4-lot commercial subdivision located at approximately North County Blvd and Canal Blvd. - Highland City Staff is requesting approval to add Section 3-625 Shipping Containers to the Highland City Development Code. For more information or special accommodation to participate in the meeting, please contact the Highland City Recorder at (801) 772-4505 Monday through Thursday between the hours of 7:30 am and 6:00 pm. THE PUBLIC IS INVITED TO PARTICIPATE IN ALL PLANNING COMMISSION MEETINGS.
