BOARD MEETING AGENDA
The regular meeting of the Orderville Town Board will be held Wednesday, October 6, 2021, at 7:30 p.m. in the basement of the Orderville Town Office located at 425 East State Street, Orderville, Utah. The following items will be discussed and acted upon as required.

BUSINESS:
1. Sunrise Engineering - Discuss Updating the General Plan
2. Recommendation from Orderville Town Planning and Zoning Commission: Review and Approve/Deny to set for a Public Hearing - Amend language in the Orderville Town Zoning Ordinance to add a definition for 'Tiny House' (see attached language)
3. Recommendation from Orderville Town Planning and Zoning Commission: Review and Approve/Deny to set for a Public Hearing - Amend language in the Orderville Town Zoning Ordinance, Commercial District Ordinance Section 8.9.2 (see attached language)
4. Recommendation from Orderville Town Planning and Zoning Commission: Review and Approve/Deny to set for a Public Hearing - Conditional Use permits - add additional requirement of notifying surrounding property owners of the application for conditional use. Initial fees should be adjusted accordingly.
5. Review and Consider for Approval a Request for Proposal for a Court Prosecutor/Town Attorney
6. Discuss setting timeline goals for General Plan committee
