Wednesday, October 6, 2021 Amended Planning Commission Amended Planning Commission Agenda PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Planning Commission of Spanish Fork, Utah, will hold a meeting in the Council Chambers, City Hall, at 40 South Main Street, Spanish Fork, Utah, with a Planning Commission work session commencing at 5:00 p.m. and a Planning Commission meeting commencing at 6:00 p.m. on October 6, 2021. The public is invited to participate in all Spanish Fork City Planning Commission Meetings located at the Council Chambers, City Hall, at 40 South Main Street, Spanish Fork, Utah. Work Session (5:00 p.m.) No formal actions are taken in a work session. 2. Minutes A. September 1, 2021 3. Annexation A. J-6 ANNEXATION. This proposal involves annexing some 90 acres located at approximately 1500 West 3700 North. 4. Conditional Use Permit (Public Hearing) A. HIGHWAY 6 2021 CELL TOWER MODIFICATION. The proposal involves upgrading equipment and adding additional equipment on an existing tower located at approximately 3815 East Highway 6. 5. Preliminary Plat A. NORTH POINT PROPERTIES PLAT A. The proposal involves creating three (3) lots for an industrial subdivision located at 63 East 3450 North. B. SWIFT CREEK AMENDED. The proposal involves amending the preliminary plat approval of a master planned development including ninety-one residential lots located at approximately 3100 East 950 South. 6. Zone Change and Preliminary Plat (Public Hearing) A. CEDAR HEIGHTS. The proposal involves changing the current zone from R-1-6 to R-1-6 with the Infill Overlay in conjunction with the subdivision of a single residential parcel into two residential lots located at 311 South 500 East. 7.
