NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Wales Town Council will hold its regular meeting on Tuesday, 5 October 2021, at the Wales Town Hall, which meeting shall begin promptly at 7:00 PM. Agenda items may or may not be discussed in the order they are listed. The agenda shall be as follows: Roll call Pledge of Allegiance Prayer Petitions & communications: 1. Andrew Flake, Sunrise Engineering -- well report 2. Jeremy Ivory, local Lion's Club Chapter, concerning donation for Veteran's Day dinner Public Hearing to disseminate information concerning recent change to water rates and to receive public input. Business 1. Discuss & create capital projects list 2. Consider business license applications Approval of minutes for town council meeting held 7 September 2021 Approval for payment of September 2021 invoices Reports of officers and boards Residents who wish to address the town council on any observations or problems concerning Wales Town will be given three (3) minutes to speak. Additional time will be allowed at the discretion of the Mayor and Town Board. No decision will be made unless said citizen arranges for time on the Agenda at least five (5) business days prior to the town council meeting.
