Notice is hereby given that the Logan Municipal Council will hold its regular meeting beginning at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, October 5, 2021, in the Logan Municipal Council Chambers located at 290 North 100 West, Logan, Utah 84321. (Continued from September 21, 2021) - PUBLIC HEARING - Hoggan Rezone - Consideration of a proposed ordinance rezoning 6.62 acres located at 1800 South 1600 West from Traditional Neighborhood Residential (NR-6) to Mixed Residential Low (MR-12). Bradley Hoggan/Bradley R. & Cathy P. Hoggan, authorized agent/owners, are requesting the rezone in order to develop a 71 unit townhome community on the site (Woodruff Neighborhood) - Ordinance 21-16 - Russ Holley B. PUBLIC HEARING - Budget Adjustment FY 2021-2022 appropriating: $102,690 a grant received for 911 operational improvements - Resolution 21-50 - Richard Anderson, Finance Director 6:30 9. WORKSHOP ITEMS: A. Budget Adjustment FY 2021-2022 appropriating: $600,000 committed radio funds for the purchase of radios for the P25 system; $19,500 funds the City will receive from the State of Utah to purchase emergency management supplies and materials; $250,000 a grant the Parks & Recreation After School Program was awarded this fiscal year to support After School programs in the Adams, Bridger, Ellis and Woodruff Logan City School Districts; $116,010 additional funding received from HUD for CDBG programs for FY2022 - Resolution 21-51 - Richard Anderson, Finance Director AGENDA CONTINUED B.
