- MILFORD CITY COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of Milford, Utah will hold a special meeting at the Milford City Office, 26 South 100 West, Milford, Utah on Tuesday, October 5, 2021 at 8 AM Special Meeting 1) Bid Opening and Selection of Contractor for the Milford Swimming Pool Resurfacing and Repair Project 2) Water Project Update 3) Approval of Consent Issues: bills and payroll, Financial Report August 31, 2021, and Minutes of August 17, 2021 Regular Council Meeting 4) Ordinance 3-2021 'Hub International Leak Protection Program' 5) Ordinance 5-2021 'Tobacco Specialty Businesses' 6) Ordinance 6-2021 'Reserved Parking on Tiger Blvd' 7) Resolution 12-2021 ' Cancel November 2, 2021 Municipal General Election' 8) Resolution 13-2021 'Retaining Building Deposit from Admin Building Rentals' Adjournment Notice: The City Council may adjourn to Executive Session pursuant to the provisions of §52-4-204 and §52-4-205, Utah Code Annotated (1953), as amended.
