AMERICAN FORK CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OCTOBER 6, 2021 REGULAR SESSION Notice is hereby given that the American Fork City Planning Commission will meet in regular session on October 6, 2021, at the American Fork City Hall, 31 North Church Street, commencing at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Pledge of Allegiance 2. Hearing, review and action on a land use map amendment from the Resort, Very-Low-Density Residential, General Commercial and Shoreline Protection designations to the Design Industrial designation, located in the area of 1100 South and the Utah Lake Shoreline east and west of 100 West 3. Hearing, review and action on a zone map amendment from the M-1 Marina, SP Shoreline Preservation, PR-2.0 Planned Residential, and R-1-12,000 Residential zones to the PI-1 Planned Industrial zone, located in the area of 1100 South and the Utah Lake Shoreline east and west of 100 West 4. Hearing, review and action on amendments to Section 17.5.133 of the American Fork City Municipal Code entitled 'Off-Street Parking Standards' 5. Hearing, review and action on amendments to Section 17.4.608.5.G of the American Fork City Municipal Code titled 'Platting Standards' for Block Plans 6. Review and action on a site plan for the Pyne Accessory Structure located at 64 South 850 East in the R3-7,500 zone 7. Other Business 6. Site Plan Committee Report 7.
