NOTICE OF PUBLIC NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that on Monday October 4th 2021 beginning at 7:35 pm at Big Water Town Hall located at 60 N Aaron Burr, Big Water, Utah, the Big Water Planning and Zoning Board will consider a zone change for one of the parcels in the subdivision application filed by Adventure Partners LLC pertaining to parcel B-13-47. The subdivision will consist of 3 parcels.
At the time and place set forth above, all interested persons may appear, either in person or via the zoom link that will be provided with the meeting agenda; and will be given an opportunity to be heard either in support or in opposition. Each person will be limited to 2 minutes of comments which is non-transferable and non-sharable.
