- COALVILLE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING AND WORK SESSION NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Coalville City Planning Commission will hold its Regular Meeting and a Work Session on Monday, September 20, 2021, at the Coalville City Hall, 10 North Main, Coalville, Utah. The meeting will begin at 6:00 P.M. Limited in person seating will be available. Due to technical difficulties, we will not be able to host a virtual meeting. The agenda will be as follows: 1. Roll Call 2. Pledge Of Allegiance 3. Work Session - Wohali MPD Proposed Phase II Preliminary Application, 721 Icy Springs Road 4. Work Session - Red Rock Ranch Proposed Concept Plan Application, Formerly Parley Brown Property 5. Continued Work Session - Update Amendments To The Development Code Zone Uses and Definitions 6. Consultant Updates 7. Planner/Engineer Updates 8. Planning Commission Updates 9. Review and Possible Approval of Minutes 10.
