DAGGETT COUNTY PLANNING AND ZONING REGULAR MEETING Tuesday, September 21st @ 6:00 P.M MEETING CALLED TO ORDER: PRESENT: EXCUSED: GUESTS: NEW BUSINESS: Ruth Pettit will be presenting a Mylar for Planning and Zoning approval to combine her two lots, 5 & 6 in Harpers Landing subdivision. Address: 1416 E. Manila Way. Ralph and Kimberly Cook will be presenting a Mylar for a boundary line adjustment located in section 23, T3N, R19E, SLB&M in Daggett County. Don Allphin will be submitting his Mylar for approval of 'Kingfisher' minor subdivision, in section 29,30,T3N,R20E,SLM. Brent Woodward is presenting a Mylar to combine lots 34,35, &36 in the Pines subdivision. Jesse Coombs will be presenting his Mylar for approval on a lot split in section 22, 27, T3N,R19E,SLM. ACCORDING TO THE AMERICANS WITH DISABILITY ACT, THOSE WHO NEED SPECIAL APPLIANCES DURING THIS MEETING MAY CONTACT VICKY NELSON AT 435-784-3222 EXT 230.
