Description/Agenda: PUBLIC NOTICE CANCELLATION OF THE 2021 CENTRAL VALLEY MUNICIPAL ELECTION Public notice is hereby given that, in accordance with the Utah Code 20 A-1-206, the Central Valley Town Municipal Election for November 2, 2021 has been canceled by resolution because the number of candidates, including any eligible write-in candidates, does not exceed the number of at-large municipal offices for which the candidates have filed and were no municipal ballot propositions. The following candidate is considered to be elected to office of mayor for the term of four years: Gary Duane Barney. The following candidates are considered to be elected to office of council member for the term of four years: Charles H. Evans, Kody William Winkel Sheyenne Tenney Central Valley Town Clerk Published in the Richfield Reaper the weeks of September 23rd and September 30th, 2021.
