- COALVILLE CITY COUNCIL MEETING NOTICE AND AGENDA AMENDED Notice is hereby given that the Coalville City Council will hold its Regular Meeting on Monday, September 13, 2021, at the Coalville City Hall, 10 North Main, Coalville, Utah. This meeting will begin at 6:00 P.M. Limited in person seating will be available. Due to technical difficulties, we will not be able to host a virtual meeting. The agenda will be as follows: 1. Roll Call 2. Pledge Of Allegiance 3. City Council Agenda Items: A. Continued Review, Discussion, And Possible Approval Of The Proposed Ordinance No. 2021-3 Parks, Trails, And Open Space Development Code And Master Plan Update Amendments B. Review, Discussion, And Possible Approval Of The 2022 Capital Improvement Plan C. Consultant Updates D. Public Work Updates E. Engineer/Community Development Updates 1. Business Licenses F. Legal Updates G. Mayor Updates H. Council Updates I. Executive Session 4. Review And Possible Approval Of Accounts Payable 5. Review And Possible Approval Of Minutes 6.
