- City of South Salt Lake Request for Proposals Public Engagement Tools The City of South Salt Lake ('City') is seeking proposals from qualified, experienced, innovative firms and individuals ('Proponents') for digital public engagement and communication tools to assist in reaching municipal stakeholders until 5:00 p.m. on Friday, September 24, 2021. Submissions that are late, incomplete, or do not meet submission format will not be accepted. These proposals may include but are not limited to: project/meeting/event announcements; virtual town halls/discussions/forums; polls; surveys; alerts; interactive mapping; push notifications; applications; websites; or other digital engagement solutions. Specifications for the project can be obtained from the Utah State Procurement Website (formerly SciQuest) or by emailing the City Recorder's Office at cburton@sslc.com or aandrus@sslc.com. The City reserves the right to reject all submissions or to waive any informality in any submissions if deemed in the best interest of the City. The City does not guarantee that a contract will be awarded following the submission deadline.
