DISCUSS AND APPROVE THE SITE PLAN FOR DEVIN MEIER. DISCUSSION WITH KEITH MOREY ON FAIRFIELDS GENERAL PLAN. DISCUSS AND APPROVE THE WIRE TRANSFER FOR THE WATER SHARES VOTE TO APPROVE THE MINUTES WORK/REGULAR SESSION JUNE 8, 2021. VOTE TO APPROVE THE MINUTES WORK/REGULAR SESSION JULY 13, 2021.
