- NOTICE OF WORK MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ST. GEORGE, WASHINGTON COUNTY, UTAH Public Notice Public notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of St. George, Washington County, Utah, will hold a work meeting in the Administrative Conference Room, St. George City Hall, located at 175 East 200 North, St. George, Utah, on Thursday, September 9, 2021 commencing at 4:00 p.m. The agenda for the meeting is as follows: Call to Order Invocation Flag Salute 1. Discussion regarding the City's energy resource portfolio. 2. Discussion regarding Titles 10-7-6, 10-7F-1 and 10-17A of the City Code as it pertains to minimum house sizes in the PD-R zone. 3. Discussion regarding softball/baseball resident rates during peak season. 4. Discussion regarding development of City owned properties located at 2 East Main Street (Zions Plaza) and 82 South 100 West (west of the St. George Branch Library). 5. Reports from Mayor, Councilmembers, and City Manager. 6.
