NOTICE OF DATE, TIME, PLACE AND AGENDA The Minersville Town Council will hold a regular Council Meeting Tuesday September 7, 2021 at 5:00 pm at the Minersville Town Hall. The following is the agenda: Mayor will open the meeting stating the time and date 1. 5:00 Approve minutes from the August 2, 2021 Council Meeting 2. 5:05 4-H livestock kids from Minersville requesting support money. 3. 5:10 Brady Carter: Planning and zoning recommendation for Jay Busby for park and foot trail 4. 5:20 Taylor Pearson bird conditional use permit yearly review and renewal. 5. 5:30 Brad Eyre: Minersville flood control inspection and concerns. 6. 5:40 Rodney Carter: Underground water sales discussion. 7. 5:50 Shannon Terry: Approve new library board members. 8. 6:00 ARPA funds. Discuss projects that the money can be used for. 9. 6:10 Follow up on Greenfield land easement appraisal. 10. 6:20 Follow up on Property ordinance violations. 11. 6:30 Fraud Risk Assessment review 12. 6:40 Code of Ethic and Conduct review and Resolution 13. 6:50 Pay bills 14. 6:45 Other Business: Notice: The Town Council may adjourn to Executive Session pursuant to the provisions of '52-4-204 and '52-4-205, Utah Code Annotated (1953), as amended OLD BUSINESS: 1.
