CALL TO ORDER 2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES DATED AUGUST 3, 2021 ZONING CLEARANCE 3. NEW DWELLING - KINDER - RA-1 DISCUSSION ITEMS/REVIEW 4. FENCES 5. UPDATE OF RECOMMENDATIONS FOR COMMERCIAL ZONES 6. HOME OCCUPATIONS 7. ADJOURNMENT The public is invited to attend all Planning Commission Meetings and Work Sessions. In compliance with the American Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during this meeting should notify City Recorder, Brittany Yeates, at (435)384-2350 at least 24 hours prior to the meeting.
