If you wish to address the commission and you are attending virtually, send an email to uirccomments@utah.gov. The moderator will send you a participant link that will allow you speak to the commissioners. Generally, the chair will allow an individual two minutes to address the Commission. A spokesperson recognized as representing a group in attendance, may be allowed up to five minutes. Citizens may also submit electronic comments at uirccomments@utah.gov to be read at the Commission meeting. Your statement will become part of the public record.
