- COALVILLE CITY COUNCIL MEETING NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Coalville City Council will hold its Regular Meeting and Work Session on Monday, August 23, 2021, at the Coalville City Hall, 10 North Main, Coalville, Utah. This meeting will begin at 6:00 P.M. Limited in person seating will be available. Others may connect to the meeting using the Zoom meeting information listed below. When attending virtually, you must sign in with your full name to be eligible to give comments on the Public Hearing. The agenda will be as follows: 1. Roll Call 2. Pledge Of Allegiance 3.
