- Spring City Canvass Meeting for Primary Election Spring City Council Work-Meeting Agenda Wednesday, August 18, 2021, 7:00 p.m. Both meetings will be held in the Council room at Spring City Hall, 45 South 100 East, Spring City, Utah The governing body of Spring City will Canvass the Primary Election returns on Wednesday, August 18, 2021, at 7:00 p.m. Canvass Agenda shall be as follows: 1. Roll Call 2. Canvass of Elections, Approval/Denial 3. Adjournment Council Work-Meeting Agenda shall be as follows: 1. Roll Call 2. USDA Water/Sewer Grant Discussion-20 Mins. 3. Transportation Plan for High-Traffic Roads and Streets-15 Mins. 4. Seventh East Upgrade-10 Mins. 5. Municipal Sewer and Water Main Pipes Installation/Construction Standards-20 Mins. a. Qualifications of Contractors 6. Discussion Regarding Policy for Sewer Hook Ups within 300 feet-15 Mins. 7. American Rescue Plan Budget-15 Mins. a. Covid-19 Local Assistance Matching Grant Program 8. Old City Building Window Repairs-10 Mins. 9. Employee Paycheck Direct Deposit-10 Mins. 10. Adjourn to a Close Session
