NOTICE AND AGENDA PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of Milford, Utah will hold a meeting at 4:00 PM at the Milford City Administrative Office, Council Chambers, 26 South 100 West, Milford, Utah for the purposes described below on Tuesday, August 17, 2021. 1. Blake Williams - Discuss Drilling Replacement Well 3. CONSENT ISSUES a. Approval of bills and payroll b. Financial report: July 2021 c. Approval of minutes: July 20, 2021 Regular Meeting 4. NEW BUSINESS a. Approval of Assignment of the Rosemary Bowman Easement Agreement b. Consideration of Engineering Agreement for Wastewater Capital Facilities Plan c.
