NOTICE OF PROPOSED TAX INCREASE
FARMINGTON
The FARMINGTON is proposing to increase its property tax revenue.
- The FARMINGTON tax on a $494,000 residence would increase from $277.95 to $350.76, which is $72.81 per year.
- The FARMINGTON tax on a $494,000 business would increase from $505.36 to $637.75, which is $132.39 per year.
- If the proposed budget is approved, FARMINGTON would increase its property tax budgeted revenue by 26.20% above last year's property tax budgeted revenue excluding eligible new growth.
All concerned citizens are invited to a public hearing on the tax increase.
