The Rockville Town Council will hold their regular meeting on Wednesday the 11th day of August 2021 at 6:00 p.m. in the Rockville Town Hall, 43 E. Main Street, Rockville, Utah.
Anyone attending 'in person' who has not been vaccinated, we ask that you please where a mask. If you prefer to attend the meeting electronically through Zoom, please contact the office for the Zoom link information.
The agenda will be as follows:

1. Report on Rockville/Springdale Fire Protection District - Chief Gildea
2. Report on Recommendations of the Rockville Planning Commission - Vice Chair Cheryl McGovern
Administrative Action Items
1. Discussion and possible action on the approval to contract with Jones & DeMille Engineering to perform a boundary and topographic survey to include alignment and burial plot locations; and to design a new cemetery map. The contract will be in the amount of $8,900 of which Rockville was granted a $3,000 grant from the State.
2. Discussion and possible action on a Resolution to Amend the Interlocal Cooperation Agreement for the Zion Regional Collaborative (ZRC) Coordinator to Reflect a Contractual Increase.
3. Discussion and possible action of the applications for two (2) subdivisions submitted by Bush and Gudgell, Inc.:
a. A minor subdivision, Garland & Vonda Hirschi Meadows, of approximately 14.573 acres at approximately 55 West Grafton Road into two (2) parcels.
b. A major subdivision, Rachel D. Hirschi Estates, of approximately 97.49 acres at approximately 100 West Grafton Road into four (4) parcels.
4. Approval of the minutes of the July 14, 2021 Regular Meeting.
5. Approval of expenditures for the month of July 2021.
6. Approval of the June 2021 and July 2021 financial statements.

1. Discussion and possible action on An Ordinance of the Town of Rockville, Utah, to Establish a Conflict of Interest Policy for Certain Officials and Employees.
