- LEWISTON CITY Planning and Zoning Meeting Notice is hereby given that the Lewiston Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a P&Z Public Hearing & P&Z Meeting on the 3rd day of August 2021 at the Lewiston City Council Room at 29 South Main St., Lewiston, which will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Call to Order - Opening remarks - Phil Foster - Review and approval of the minutes of the July 6, 2021, meeting 2. Business - Public Hearing (7:00 PM) - Baldwin Estates Subdivision - Lori Bowcutt - Building Permit - 557 S 800 E - Greenhouse - Mark Sowder - Building Permit - 181 W 200 S - Jesse Vega - Building Permit - 190 W 200 S - New Home - Jeremy Wright - Building Permit Inquiry - ~1200 N 2400 W - Thom Smith - Sign Inquiry - Hwy 61 across from Cemetery 3. Other Business - Chairman Phil Foster - Town Business Mini Subdivision - Bowles - P&Z Clerk Christina Atkinson - P&Z Commission Business - City Inspect Training 4.
