NOTICE OF INTERLOCAL AGREEMENTS BETWEEN THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF PROVO CITY AND PROVO SCHOOL DISTRICT
Pursuant to Utah Code Sections 11-13-219(4), 17C-4-202(2)(a), and 17C-5-205(2)(a) the Redevelopment Agency of Provo City ('Agency') and Provo School District ('Taxing Entity') are jointly providing this notice with respect to interlocal agreements (the 'Interlocal Agreements') entered into by and between the Agency and the Taxing Entity whereby the Taxing Entities consent to the Agency receiving a portion of the incremental property tax revenues generated in Provo South Downtown CDA, the Provo Center Street CDA, the Riverwoods CRA, the Provo Medical School CRA and The Mix CRA (the 'Project Areas') over a period of up to 15 years for the purpose of facilitating desirable development within the Project Areas. Copies of the Interlocal Agreements are and will be available for public inspection and copying at the office of the Provo City RDA, 351 West Center Street, Provo, Utah, 84601 during regular office hours for a period of at least 30 days following the publication of this notice. For a period of 30 days after publication of this notice (the '30-Day Period'), any person in interest may contest the Interlocal Agreements or the procedures used to adopt them if the Interlocal Agreements or the procedures fail to comply with any applicable statutory requirement. After the 30-Day Period, no person may contest the Interlocal Agreements for any cause.

One or more Council members may participate by telephone or Internet communication in this meeting. Telephone or Internet communications will be amplified as needed so all Council members and others attending the meeting will be able to hear the person(s) participating electronically as well as those participating in person. The meeting will be conducted using the same procedures applicable to regular Municipal Council meetings.
