Public notice is hereby given that the Hideout Town Council will hold an electronic Public Hearing on Thursday, August 12, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. for the purpose of amending the AMDA (Annexation Master Development Agreement) for the Silver Meadows Annexation to revise several deadlines in light of the District Court's ruling finding the Annexation is invalid and the appeal thereof. All meetings will be an electronic meeting without an anchor location pursuant to Mayor Rubin's No Anchor Site Determination Letter (attached).
