NOTICE OF DATE, TIME, PLACE AND AGENDA The Minersville Town Council will hold a regular Council Meeting Monday August 2, 2021 at 5:00 pm at the Minersville Town Hall. The following is the agenda: Mayor will open the meeting stating the time and date 1. 5:00 Approve minutes from the July 6, 2021 Council Meeting 2. 5:05 Clancy and Katie Wright: Building permit 3. 5:15 Jay Busby: Park/walk way to river 4. 5:30 Brady Carter: Planning and zoning recommendation for Ron Wood electricity pedestals and other planning and zoning business 5. 5:40 Recreation league soccer concerns 6. 5:45 Jason Hathaway: Business license for service station repair shop 7. 5:50 Taylor Pearson bird conditional use permit yearly renewal. 8. 6:00 Ben Cory: Drainage study presentation and Spring water project update. 9. 6:20 Kolby Blackner: Underground water sales update 10. 6:30 Follow up on property ordinance violation notices that were sent out. Travel trailers being lived in, building violations and yard clean up ordinances 11. 6:40 Brandon Wiseman: Signs at intersections 12. 6:50 Brandon Davis: Road Chipping 13. 6:55 Pay bills 14. 7:00 Other Business: Notice: The Town Council may adjourn to Executive Session pursuant to the provisions of '52-4-204 and '52-4-205, Utah Code Annotated (1953), as amended OLD BUSINESS: 1.
