- HOOPER CITY PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Hooper City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, August 12, 2021, at 7:00 p.m. in the Hooper City Municipal Building Council Chambers located at 5580 West 4600 South, to consider: Conditional Use Permit for an Oversized Structure (Barn) of 2,592 sq feet located at 3749 South 5500 West for Christopher and Amanda Johnston. Final Plat Approval for the Josh Gooch (1 lot) Subdivision located at 6540 West 5100 South in the R-1 (Low Density Residential) zoning district for Josh Gooch. Final Plat Approval for the Parker Farms (1 lot) Subdivision located at 5319 South 7100 West in the R-1 (Low Density Residential) zoning district for Marcia Parker. Final Plat Approval for the Miles (4 lot) Subdivision located at 6300 West 4600 South in the R-2 (Medium Density Residential) zoning district for Brandt Miles. Preliminary Plat Approval for the Parker Estates (28 Lots) Subdivision located at 6300 West 6000 South in the R-2 (Medium Density Residential) zoning district for Beverly Parker.
