If you wish to address the commission and you are attending virtually, send an email to uirccomments@utah.gov. The moderator will send you a participant link that will allow you speak to the commissioners. Generally, the chair will allow an individual two minutes to address the Commission. A spokesperson recognized as representing a group in attendance, may be allowed up to five minutes. Citizens may also submit electronic comments at uirccomments@utah.gov to be read at the Commission meeting. Your statement will become part of the public record. State Law prohibits the Commission from acting on items that do not appear on the agenda.
