Toquerville City 212 N Toquer Boulevard PO Box 27 Toquerville, UT 84774 (435) 635-1094 www.toquerville.org BE IT HEREBY CERTIFIED THAT THE TOQUERVILLE CITY COUNCIL APPROVED THE FOLLOWING ORDINANCES: Ordinance 2021.11 - An ordinance temporarily banning the discharge of fireworks within the municipal boundaries of the City and setting a criminal penalty for violating said ban. Ordinance 2021.12 - An ordinance amending and making the placement of public and quasi-public uses for essential public purposes and public utility uses permitted uses within the City's Agriculture Zone. Ordinance 2021.13 - An ordinance amending and making the placement of public and quasi-public uses for essential public purposes and public utility uses permitted uses within the City's R-1 Single Family Residential Zone. Ordinance 2021.14 - An ordinance amending and making the placement of public and quasi-public uses for essential public purposes and public utility uses permitted uses within the City's RM Multiple Family Residential Zone. Ordinance 2021.15 - An ordinance amending and making the placement of public and quasi-public uses for essential public purposes and public utility uses permitted uses within the City's MU-20 Multiple Use Zone. Ordinance 2021.16 - An ordinance amending and making the placement of public and quasi-public uses for essential public purposes and public utility uses permitted uses within the City's N-C Neighborhood Commercial Zone. Ordinance 2021.17 - An ordinance amending and making the placement of public and quasi-public uses for essential public purposes and public utility uses permitted uses within the City's H-C Highway Commercial Zone. Ordinance 2021.18 - An ordinance amending and making the placement of public and quasi-public uses for essential public purposes and public utility uses permitted uses within the City's PC Planning Commercial Zone. Ordinance 2021.19 - An ordinance amending and making the placement of public and quasi-public uses for essential public purposes and public utility uses permitted uses within the City's BMP Business and Manufacturing Zone. Ordinance 2021.20 - An ordinance amending and making the placement of public and quasi-public uses for essential public purposes and public utility uses permitted uses within the City's M-1 Light Industrial Zone. At the regular City Council Business Meeting on July 21, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. at the Toquerville City Hall located at 212 N. Toquer Blvd. As required by State Code 10-3-711 this Certificate is posted on the Utah Public Notice Website at www.utah.gov/pmn/ on July 22, 2021 by Toquerville City Recorder, Ruth Evans.
