- NOTICE OF ORDINANCE ADOPTION Notice is hereby given that on Thursday, July 8, 2021 the Planning Commission held a public hearing and on Tuesday, July 20, 2021, the Sunset City Council held a public hearing and passed Ordinance 2021-03 amending the zoning map of Sunset City. The amendment re-zoned the two properties located at 1647 & 1661 North Main, Sunset, UT from C-2 (commercial) to Boulevard Mixed Use (BMU). This Ordinance may be viewed during regular business hours at the City Office Building, 200 West 1300 North, Sunset, Utah. Susan R. Hale Sunset City Recorder
