AGENDA HUNTINGTON CITY COUNCIL MEETING July 21, 2021 Notice is hereby given that the Huntington City Council will hold its regularly scheduled council meeting July 21, 2021 at the city office building located at 20 South Main. Meeting will start at 6:30 p.m. **We do have electronic participation at this time. If you would like to join this meeting by conference call, please call City Hall by 3:00 p.m. on the day of City Council for the participation phone number. Agenda will be as follows: 6:30 P.M. Roll Call Opening Remarks Pledge of Allegiance 1. Public Comments (limit of 3 minutes) 2. MOTION: Approval of June 16, 2021 City Council Minutes 3. MOTION: Business license 4. MOTION: Attentive approval of GovService/Host compliance 5. MOTION: Purchase of new copy machine 6. MOTION: Approval of TRT and Sales Tax incentive for Buckhorn RV Resort 7. Commissioner Kent Wilson 8. MOTION: Approval to order Fire Department Equipment for CDBG grant 9. Discussion of possible agreement for IT services with Emery County 10. Water restrictions-Discussion and possible motion 11. Code Book Title 5, Chapter 2- Animal Control 12. Mayor's Report 13. Departmental Reports (Fire department, Maintenance department) 14.
