Public Hearing: K9 Lifeline Conditional Use Permit Request (Administrative Action) On the request of Heather Beck, representing K9 Lifeline, for a Conditional Use Permit to modify the existing Conditional Use Permits on 1.29 acres of property located at 986 East Draper Parkway for a kennel use. Public Hearing: Lone Peak Parkway Office Site Plan and Plat Amendment Request (Administrative Action) A request by Dan Gould, representing Lone Peak Parkway LLC for approval of a site plan for the construction of a new office building and a plat amendment to combine parcels and relocate a public utility easement. The property is located at approximately 134 W. 13100 south in the DC (Destination Commercial) zone. Applications SPR-053-2021 and SUBD-093-2021.
