- PUBLIC NOTICE PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Richfield City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on August 4, 2021, 7:30 p.m. in the council chambers located at 75 East Center, Richfield, Utah, for the purpose of accepting comments concerning a proposed amendment to the General Plan and zoning map affecting property located on 500 West between 700 and 800 South. It is proposed to change the zone from RM-11 (multi-residential) to RM-24 (multi-family residential). Published in the Richfield Reaper July 21 and July 28, 2021.
