Description/Agenda: MEADOW TOWN CORP. ________________________________________ Pursuant to the Utah Open and Public Meetings Act, public notice is hereby given that Meadow Town Council will hold an emergency meeting on Monday, June 28, 2021 at 7:00pm at the Meadow Town Firehouse. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Discussion to purchase real property. 2. Closed portion pursuant to Utah Code annotated 54-4-4 & 5 a. For the purpose of purchase, exchange, or lease of real property, including any form of a water right or water shares, to determine and discuss the estimated value and to complete the transaction on the best possible terms for the benefit of Meadow Town.
