The Lindon City Planning Commission will hold a regularly scheduled meeting on Tuesday, July 13, 2021, in the Council Room of Lindon City Hall, 100 North State Street, Lindon, Utah. The meeting will begin at 6:00 p.m. This meeting may be held electronically to allow a commissioner to participate by video or teleconference. Meetings are broadcast live at www.youtube.com/LindonCity. The agenda will consist of the following items:

8. Public Hearing for a recommendation to the Lindon City Council to amend the Streets Master Plan Map - Joe Martel
Joe Martel requests an amendment the Lindon City General Plan Street Master Plan Map to remove the street connection of 280 West Street between 200 South and 400 South on the applicant's property. (Parcel number: 17:016:0099) (20 minutes)
9. Hillside Exemption or Relief Approval - Millhaven Construction LLC - 578 N. 800 East
Millhaven Construction LLC requests approval to construct a home in the Hillside Protection Zone and seeks exemptions or relief of development items as permitted under Title 17.57. The property is located at 578 N. 800 East (Parcel numbers: 14:074:0184, 14:072:0272) (15 minutes)

10. Public Hearing for a recommendation to the Lindon City Council to amend The Lindon
City Standard Land Use Table - Lindon City
Lindon City requests to amend the Lindon City Standard Land Use Table to adopt proximity restrictions from
primarily residential zones for Wedding/Event Reception Centers and to amend Title 17.18 regarding parking
regulations for Wedding/Event Reception Centers. (15 minutes)
11. Public Hearing for a recommendation to the Lindon City Council to amend Title 17.46 of
the Lindon City Code - Lindon City
Lindon City requests to amend Title 17.46 of the Lindon City Code regarding accessory apartments and to modify
regulations for consistency with Utah State Code provisions approved under H.B. 82. (15 minutes)
