NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on June 29, 2021, the Mayor and City Council of Mt. Pleasant (the 'Issuer'), adopted a resolution (the 'Resolution') declaring its intention to hold a public hearing on July 27, 2021, at the hour of 6:00 p.m. The location of the public hearing is at 115 West Main, Mt. Pleasant, Utah. The purpose of the meeting is to receive input from the public with respect to the issuance of the Parity Water Revenue Bonds (the 'Bonds') and Bond Anticipation Note (the 'Note') and any potential economic impact to the private sector from the construction of culinary water system improvements, including the drilling of a new well, construction of a water treatment plant and replacement of distribution lines, together with related work and improvements to be funded by such Parity Water Revenue Bonds and Water Revenue Bond Anticipation Note. All members of the public are invited to attend and participate.
A copy of the Resolution is on file in the office of the City Recorder in Mt. Pleasant, Sanpete County, Utah, where it may be examined during regular business hours, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
