DISCUSSION AND PRESENTATIONS a) Discussion regarding the 100 South Hobble Creek Corridor and 180 South Main Street Development Concept Design - Josh Yost, Community Development Director b) Discussion regarding Holdaway Park and Infill Planning Projects - John Penrod, Assistant City Administrator/City Attorney 3. CLOSED SESSION, IF NEEDED - TO BE ANNOUNCED IN MOTION The Springville City Council may temporarily recess the regular meeting and convene in a closed session to discuss the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual, pending or reasonably imminent litigation, and the purchase, exchange, or lease of real property, as provided by UCA 52-4-205.
