O-24-2021 AN ORDINANCE OF EAGLE MOUNTAIN CITY, UTAH, AMENDING THE FUTURE LAND USE MAP OF THE GENERAL PLAN AND REZONING CERTAIN LANDS KNOWN AS DEER HAVEN PREAMBLE WHEREAS, the City Council of Eagle Mountain City finds that it is in the public interest to amend the Future Land Use Map of the General Plan and rezone certain lands known as Deer Haven, as set forth more specifically in Exhibit A. BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of Eagle Mountain City, Utah: 1. The City Council finds that all required notices, public hearings, and other requirements have been completed for the City Council to consider an amendment to the Future Land Use Map of the General Plan and the rezoning of certain lands known as Deer Haven, as set forth in Exhibit A. 2. The General Plan is hereby amended, and the lands depicted and described in Exhibit A are hereby rezoned to the density and uses as set forth more specifically in Exhibit A. 3. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its first posting or publication. ADOPTED by the City Council of Eagle Mountain City this 6th day of July, 2021.
