NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Wales Town Council will hold its regular meeting on Tuesday, 6 July 2021, at the Wales Town Hall, which meeting shall begin promptly at 7:00 PM. Agenda items may or may not be discussed in the order they are listed. The agenda shall be as follows: Roll call Pledge of Allegiance Prayer Business 1. Consider adoption of updated water ordinance 2. Discuss/adjust pay schedule for Water Superintendent 3. Discuss & vote on recommendation made by Wales Town Planning & Zoning Committee in Town Council meeting held on 4 May 2021 Petitions & communications: Lee Fox, concerning Planning & Zoning Committee appointment Approval of minutes for town council meeting held 1 June 2021 Approval of minutes for public budget hearing held 22 June 2021 Approval for payment of June 2021 invoices Reports of officers and boards Residents who wish to address the town council on any observations or problems concerning Wales Town may be given five (5) minutes to speak. Additional time may be allowed at the discretion of the Mayor and Town Board. No decision will be made unless said citizen arranges for time on the Agenda at least five (5) business days prior to the town council meeting.
