Wednesday, July 7, 2021 Planning Commission Planning Commission Agenda PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Planning Commission of Spanish Fork, Utah, will hold a meeting in the Council Chambers, City Hall, at 40 South Main Street, Spanish Fork, Utah, commencing at 6:00 p.m. on July 7, 2021. Conditional Use Permits (Public Hearing) A. 1150 EAST 2021 CELL TOWER MODIFICATION. The proposal involves adding equipment on an existing tower located at 617 South 1150 East. B. 500 SOUTH 2021 CELL TOWER MODIFICATION. The proposal involves adding equipment on an existing tower located at 251 West 500 South. 3. Preliminary Plat A. SWIFT CREEK. The proposal involves a preliminary plat of a master planned development including eighty-three residential lots located at approximately 3100 East 950 South. 4. Title 15 Amendments (Public Hearing) A. TITLE 15 AMENDMENTS. 5. Adjourn
