REGULAR MEETING AGENDA Mapleton City Council Meeting Wednesday, July 7, 2021 at 6:00 pm Mapleton City Council Chambers 125 West 400 North, Mapleton, Utah 84664 Amended July 6, 2021 at 4:30 pm CALL TO ORDER-INVOCATION- PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE ---- MAYOR'S COMMENTS PUBLIC FORUM: Members of the audience may bring to the attention of the Mayor and Council any item that is not on the agenda. Please sign in. Speakers are generally given two to three minutes, at the discretion of the Mayor, to address the Council. State law prohibits the Council from acting on items that do not appear on the agenda. The Mayor reserves the right to amend the order of the agenda items and to delete items no longer required for consideration. CONSENT AGENDA: Items on the consent agenda are routine in nature and do not require discussion or independent action. Members of the Council may ask to remove any items from the consent agenda to be considered individually. Unless that is done, one motion may be used to adopt all recommended actions. If the public has questions or comments regarding the consent agenda, please contact staff prior to the meeting. 1. Approval of City Council meeting minutes- June 16, 2021 2. Consideration of a Resolution for the appointment of Sean Conroy as the Assistant City Administrator/Community Development Director. Cory Branch, City Administrator 3. Consideration of an ordinance granting Preliminary Plat approval for the Wade Payne Subdivision, a 34-lot subdivision located at approximately 300 West 350 South in the RA-1 Zone with the TDR Receiving Overlay. Consideration of an ordinance rezoning 2.08 acres at 1116 East 900 North from Agricultural-Residential (A-2) to Residential Minor- Agricultural (RA-2). Sean Conroy, Community Development Director 6. Consideration of an ordinance applying a Transferable Development Right Receiving Site (TDR-R) Overlay to 7.76 acres located at approximately 250 East 1600 South and granting Preliminary Plat approval for the Garfield Estates Plat 'A' subdivision consisting of four lots. Consideration of an ordinance rezoning 2.013 acres located at 1155 West 800 South from A-2 to RA-1 with the TDR-Receiving Overlay and granting Preliminary Plat approval of the 2 lot Emerald Corner Subdivision.
